Creality opened its Nanjing Jiangning Golden Eagle store on July 12, with a second location at Nanjing Jianye Jinling Tiandi scheduled to open July 23, adding two brick-and-mortar stores in the same city within a month. The openings extend a direct and franchised experience-store network that already covers more than a dozen locations across Shanghai, Nanning, Shenyang, Xiamen and Urumqi. Creality has also placed its desktop FDM/FFF printers in 68 JD.com JD Home stores nationwide through a retail partnership, giving the brand a parallel distribution channel alongside its own outlets.
The move sits in the consumer/prosumer segment of Chinese AM, where physical retail presence rather than online-only sales increasingly determines market share as desktop printing becomes a mainstream consumer electronics purchase. For a company competing against Bambu Lab and other domestic FDM makers, in-store demonstration space lowers the trial barrier for first-time buyers in a category where hands-on evaluation still drives conversion. The practical takeaway is incremental: this reflects channel-building scale rather than a technology or product advance.
