lululemon is currently rolling out 3D-printed ceilings and storefront systems for its stores globally in collaboration with Aectual. Using XL robotic arm 3D printing, the system produces double-curved panels from 100% recycled waste. This circular model allows architectural elements to be shredded and reprinted up to 10 times, drastically reducing construction waste. Initial installations in Milan and New York prove that parametric design can scale efficiently across global markets. ♻️🏗️ #3DPrinting #CircularEconomy #RetailDesign #AdditiveManufacturing
