Nano Dimension has named Moshe Rozenbaum Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately, and appointed board member Phillip Borenstein, a Hamilton Equity Partners portfolio manager who joined the board in December 2025, as Chairman. Rozenbaum previously served as the company's VP of Corporate Development from May 2023 to May 2025, the period covering its acquisitions of Desktop Metal and Markforged. He currently chairs the Audit Committee at Lifeward Ltd. Nano Dimension said the leadership change is meant to preserve business continuity while the board evaluates strategic priorities.

The appointment lands one month after Nano Dimension disclosed plans to merge with Infinite Epigenetics and pivot from additive manufacturing into AI health diagnostics. That shift follows a run of AM divestitures over the past year: Desktop Metal filed for bankruptcy, and Fabrica, Markforged, and the Additively Manufactured Electronics unit were all sold off. Rozenbaum's return, given his role in building the original AM portfolio through M&A, positions him to oversee its unwinding rather than its expansion.

For AM industry watchers, the story closes out one of the sector's most consequential roll-up experiments: aggressive SPAC-era consolidation giving way to piecemeal divestiture once capital discipline returned.
