lululemon is currently rolling out 3D-printed ceilings and storefront systems for its stores globally in collaboration with Aectual. Using XL robotic arm 3D printing, the system produces double-curved panels from 100% recycled waste. This circular model allows architectural elements to be shredded and reprinted up to 10 times, drastically reducing construction waste.
