Sinto Advanced Ceramics USA has completed ITAR registration for its parts production business in Grand Ledge, Michigan, enabling export-controlled work for aerospace, defense, electronics, energy, and advanced manufacturing customers. The firm, formerly 3DCeram Sinto USA and part of Sinto America under Japan's Sintokogio Group, prints ceramic components via stereolithography on 3DCeram systems and lithography-based ceramic manufacturing (LCM/DLP) on Lithoz equipment. Materials include alumina, zirconia, and silica cores for investment casting, with reported tolerances below 0.05 mm, alongside existing ISO 9001 certification.

For a ceramic AM contract manufacturer, ITAR is a buyer-access gate: many defense and aerospace programs will not place controlled technical data or articles with unregistered suppliers.
