WASP completed Itaca, Italys first certified 3D printed home compliant with strict European seismic codes. Using a four-arm Crane WASP system, the 164.9 m2 structure was printed in 48 hours using carbon-negative lime materials. This proves that bio-based additive manufacturing is now a regulated, viable alternative to concrete for permanent housing. The shift to multi-robot coordination marks a move toward industrial-scale self-sufficiency. 🏠🏗️ #3DPrinting #Construction #Sustainability #AM #WASP
