Xinjinghe, a Chinese metal additive manufacturing specialist, has detailed its production of aero-engine and gas turbine components using its in-house LiM-X series laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) systems. The company reports manufacturing parts including guide vanes, turbine nozzles, closed impellers, thrust chambers, oxygen pump housings, and combustor liners from aluminum alloys (AlSi10Mg), nickel superalloys (GH3625), and pure copper (T2). Xinjinghe's LiM-X platform covers build volumes from 150 mm to 2000 mm, supporting both single-part prototyping and batch production. The company also offers automated production line solutions for serial manufacturing.
