The certification moves AM Solutions beyond prototype or pilot repair work toward qualified repair workflows, a step that Korean Register had previously reserved for new-part manufacturing.
The certificate arrives at a point where AM Solutions has been building a defense- and energy-focused customer base. The company has deployed DED systems with the Republic of Korea Marine Corps, which included a maintenance training deployment in April 2026, and partnered with Doosan Enerbility in May 2024 for gas turbine MRO support.
