• Additive manufacturing company database and search functionality
• Company profiles, DNA analysis, and AMPulse Score
• Market intelligence, trends, and geo-intelligence
• Investor profiles and funding analysis
• News aggregation and blog content
• Newsletter subscriptions
• Company submission and correction tools

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information

• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period

Our Content: All text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, analytics, scoring methodologies, and software on the Service are our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Third-Party Content: Company logos, names, and trademarks displayed on the Service belong to their respective owners. Their display does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

7. User Content

You may submit content to the Service, including company submissions, corrections, reviews, and comments ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content
• Represent that you own or have the right to share such content
• Acknowledge that we may moderate, edit, or remove User Content at our discretion

AMPulse provides data and analysis for informational purposes only. Our AMPulse Scores, market analytics, and company assessments are generated using AI-assisted methodologies and publicly available data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMPULSE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AMPulse and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
