1. Our Refund Guarantee

AMPulse stands behind its product. We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 30 days of your initial payment, we will refund you completely.

This guarantee applies to first-time purchases and does not require you to provide a reason. We want every customer to feel confident when choosing AMPulse.

2. Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of the original payment date
  • Your subscription is on a monthly or annual billing cycle
  • Your account is on a Pro or Enterprise tier
  • You have not previously received a refund for the same account

Refunds are not available for the free Explorer plan, as no payment is collected for that tier.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to our support team with the following information:

  • Subject: Refund Request
  • Include: The email address associated with your AMPulse account and the reason for your refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within one business day.

4. Processing

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated. If you do not see the credit after 10 business days, please contact us and we will investigate.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • You retain full access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • At the end of the billing period, your account will be automatically downgraded to the Explorer (free) tier

Cancellation is separate from a refund request. Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. To request a refund, please follow the steps in Section 3.

6. Bookmarks After Cancellation

Your saved bookmarks and company lists are preserved for 90 days after your subscription ends. If you resubscribe within that period, your bookmarks will be fully restored.

After 90 days, bookmarks associated with a cancelled paid account may be permanently deleted. We recommend exporting any important data before your subscription lapses.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
