Closes the quality control gap that has blocked FDM from series production: SituGuard™ high-resolution 3D-scans each layer, detects geometric deviations, and automatically computes and deposits corrective complements in real-time — combined with a granulate print head that bypasses filament cost premiums (~5–10× cheaper raw material). Enables manufacturers to run FDM at production-grade consistency without manual inspection.

How They Differentiate

TrueFormer™ 600 is the only industrial FDM system combining granulate direct processing (eliminating filament cost overhead, enabling wider material range) with full 3D layer-by-layer scanning and closed-loop correction via SituGuard™. Arburg Freeformer uses granulates but has no equivalent in-situ monitoring or automated error correction. BigRep offers large-format FDM but uses filament and has no closed-loop quality system.
